1 - Who are the Data Processors?

Data collected when performing the service may be communicated to companies that perform activities closely related and instrumental to the operations and services of Rome At your Service srl, such as companies providing archiving, administrative, payment and billing services, affiliated companies and/or companies related to Rome At your Service srl that provide technical components for the provision of some service functions, and to administrative and judicial agencies and authorities on account of legal obligations. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union to be processed by some of our service providers. In this case, we ensure that data are transferred in compliance with existing legislation and that an adequate level of personal data protection is provided based on an adequacy decision, standard clauses defined by the European Commission or Binding Corporate Rules. Under no circumstances do we transfer or sell personal data to third parties.
2 - Which personal data do we collect, and why do we collect them?

When you use our services you agree to our company collecting some of your personal data. This page serves to inform you which data we collect, why and how we use them.

We process the following data:

We collect the following data through services that use technical data, e.g. IP address, browser type, information on your computer, data on (approximate) current location of the device you are using thanks to the third-party plugin Google Analytics. The third-party plugin Facebook present on the site may collect information on your Profile and Friends. These data can be used for administrative, advertising or statistical purposes. To remove, obtain or edit your data in our database (if present), write an email to info@flairproject.com
3 – Is data provision mandatory?

The provision of your personal data is mandatory solely for the processing of data needed to provide the services offered by http://www.romeatyourservice.it (refusal to provide data means it will be impossible to use the contact service using the contact request form).

4 – How long will your data be kept?

Your personal data will be kept in hard copy and/or electronic/digital form until you request its deletion or modification, in compliance with your privacy rights and existing legislation.

For analysis purposes, aimed at developing and improving the service, the user’s personal data may be subject to the same retention period. For direct marketing and profiling purposes we keep your data for the period established by applicable legislation (respectively 24 and 12 months). Invoices, accounting records and data on transactions are kept for 11 years pursuant to the law (including tax obligations).

If exercising the so-called right to be forgotten by asking for the express deletion of personal data processed by the data controller, we remind you that these data will be kept in protected form and with limited access solely for the purpose of detecting and suppressing criminal offences, for a period of no more than 12 months from the date of the request, subsequently they will be deleted in a secure manner or irreversibly anonymized.

6 – How can we ensure the protection of your data?

The data are collected by the subjects specified in point 1/a, according to the provisions of reference legislation, with special reference to the security measures provided for by the GDPR (art. 32) for their processing by means of computer-based, manual and automated tools and using a logic closely bound to the purposes indicated in point 1/b, and in any case in such a way as to ensure the secure and confidential nature of the data.

7 – Can the Privacy statement change over time?

This statement may be modified over time. Should substantial changes be made to use of the user’s data on the part of the Data Controller, the latter will duly inform the user by publishing said changes as clearly as possible on its web pages or using alternative or similar methods.

3 – How long will your data be kept?

If you leave a comment, the comment and relative metadata are stored for an indefinite period of time. That is how we can recognize and automatically approve subsequent comments rather than keeping them in a moderation queue.
